its self explanatory , if you know the name of action 9 skills you can find them. If you need the names then here:
Azure Knight:
Sacritection (shield): Increases Resistance to PK and reflects damage. However, melee attack will be lowered.
Break Arms (2Hand): 4 hits, skill lock
Off Spin (Duals): 4 hits, 5m dash to target
Hunter:
Quick Arrest (Bow): Hits twice, reduces movement speed
Chaos Blast (Xbow): Has a 22m distance.
Mage:
Measure: Burns away targets MP (figures may change)
Vertex Halt: 4 Hits, 3 Seconds -50% movement speed
Deformity: Lightning Damage,reduces targets ice/fire resist.
Summoner:
Terrible Rain (Staff): Continuous Poison drain to HP, increases melee resist for a moment. (just like how shadow revenge increases range resist.. but opposite)
Twin Bore (TB): hits 4 times and reduces movement speed.
Pets: Erigol and Gigantes

Bent Whip: Lowers Critical Damage
Detonate Edge: Lowers Curse Resist
Bagi:
Imbibe: buff that increases block rate by lower crit dmg momentarily
Separate: 3 hits
Aloken:
Regression: Chance to remove the last skill buff (except some)
dazzlingweapons: An Attack.
