The other account has a level 110 bagi and a level 95 summoner.

well i cannot log into the game, i dwnloaded the east aisian language package and i am unable to get loged in. how did u do it? i dont want ur characters i jhust want to know how to freaking log in so i can make characters and play.

ok I get to my character page i click a character then a game world, then i hit enter, it brings a black screen that you think will load then bam ur back at the log in.

That means that the server is either full or offline.
