I don't think I've ever used a .gm guildwarstart yet.

That seems to me it's suppost to be siege battle. It's mostlikely not starting for you because you don't have the script in your server for siege battle. I don k ow the script but others might. Sorry.

I remember seeing a script for it somewhere. I bet if you just use the search button for a siege script to implement it you would be fine. =)
