There are working Injectors/Executors for 0.60. Just make sure you are buying from a trusted seller, because I wouldn't trust these people with little to no rep to their name.

Yes but there are no injector seller who are trust, the hack of john audi is down and I search an injector who works on all versions of DayZ for 100€ maxi
