Vouch for Jay! I have his Arma 2 DayZ Mod menu and it's really good. Been using it for a while now. Don't hesitate to buy!

P.S - He is the actual really owner of everything. There is a lot of skids trying to re-sell his work.

No, the Jay menu v4 is a seperate menu. You gotta pay £40 to get both.
