Bug Requests aren't allowed.
Keep trying and you'll get them with time, 1 out of 5 is nothing special.
Also don't fall for "bugs" where you change your equip or die at special waves.
Everything is randomized and won't be affected by taking of all your LF-4s or whatsoever.
