Payment bann: anyone received tipstaff yet?

Did anyone here ever received tipsaff because of non-paid transactions?
look:

I know that my friend received a mail in 2014 for a transaction that was canceled in 2010 or 2011, I don't remember. Will they come if the address put during the payment were false infos?

they wont do anything i had it 4 years back but it was a bit higher then that ....
(2500 euro ) and i only had 3 warnings never seen any police or something at my door
so dont worry bro they wont do anything about it everything i filled in was true and they can check ur IP always so dont worry man

They will definitely ban your account now...everyone can see ur user id and ur transaction ids lol

the account has already a bann now he cant login then he can only see that page

they won't do anything, i got about 12 accounts non paid ban XD

I got this on 2 accounts back in 2008-2009 nothing happend no police or something only the accounts banned(they will be unbaned if u pay the money but i don't think any1 will do that=)
