The Website actually doesn't seem legit at all.
No about us, reviews outside of their page (except some scam reports) and a 90% discount on everything.
You should always do some research before buying from an unknown source.

They didn't even take the time to change the search formular from a WoW to a DarkOrbit one.
Even a simple check with an external website like one would've helped.

At least you learned your lesson for the next time.
Good luck with PayPal, I hope you'll get your money back.

I guess you understand that I don't want this to be a PP chargeback talk, so I need to close it. However, feel free to ask for help in the DO Talk, somebody might contact you. Shouldn't disturb anyone and I don't want you to loose your money neither.
