Why is it, that after 30 minutes of gameplay, I can't shoot anymore? I press CTRL or the hotkeys, but I just can't shoot. :/

I just got some free time and I'll update the server today. I really need to find my latest emulator or rewrite some parts of the current one.

Online now, I changed some points might cause the freezing and enabled rockets/hellstorms.
