Hello Space Pilots,
We are soon to have a new Home Bases, and here's a little information
to assist you with any queries you may have...
What has changed with the new home base?
As part of the new home base the company stations have been split
into different modules for Repairs, Hangar, Refinery, Company
overview and Mission Control.
How can I use all the functions that were part of the home base
before?
All functions are still available at the individual modules. Take a look
at the minimap that shows you where to repair, sell your ore, or get
new quests.
How do I set up the new UI?
All buttons and windows can now be freely configured and moved
using the "Config Mode" in the Settings menu. If you are missing
certain bars after your first login with the new UI please "Reset" the
configuration.
I'm missing some buttons in my UI. Where is the button for the
Gate Jump gone?
Location based icons (e.g. "Use Jumpgate", "Trade Ore", etc.) have
been moved onto the map and are only visible when they can actually
be used to clear up space in the UI. Hotkeys, like 'J' for Jump, can still
be used if you are close enough to the object in question.
Did you implement any changes on the pirate maps?
Pirate bases are too instable to separate the modules without risking
minor cases of nuclear meltdown so they will stay as before.
I have too many windows open to see enough in a big PvP fight.
Any help?
The "hide all" ('H' key) hotkey has been updated so that on second use
only the windows that were previously hidden are shown again. Also,
this setting will now be persistent, so logging out won't affect the
windows shown.
Is there a way to comfortably access the chat window while in
the middle of a fight?
Using the 'Enter' key you can now quickly focus and un-focus the chat
window without having to use the mouse.

Deutsch version of my last post
Was hat sich an der neuen Heimatbasis verändert?
Als Teil der Überarbeitung wurde die Basis nun in verschiedene Module
für Reparatur, Hangar, Raffinerie, Firmen-Übersicht und
Kontrollzentrum aufgeteilt.
Wo finde ich all die Funktionen, die ich vorher an der zentralen
Basis nutzen konnte?
All diese Bereiche sind nun auf die einzelnen Module aufgeteilt. Auf
der Minimap wird nun genau angezeigt, wo Du Dein Schiff reparieren,
Erz verkaufen oder neue Quests bekommen kannst.
Wie kann ich das neue UI einrichten?
Alle Buttons und Fenster können nun mit dem „Konfigurationsmodus“
in den Interfaceeinstellungen frei verschoben und eingerichtet werden.
Solltest Du nach der Umstellung bestimmte Leisten vermissen, benutze
bitte die „Zurücksetzen“ Funktion im selben Menü.
Mir fehlen einige Buttons in meinem Interface. Wohin ist der
Knopf für den Gate Jump verschwunden?
Ortsabhängige Buttons (z.B. „Jumpgate benutzen“, „Erz verkaufen“,
etc.) wurden nun direkt auf die jeweilige Position auf der Karte gelegt,
um Platz im Interface frei zu machen. Die Buttons werden sichtbar,
sobald Du nahe genug bist, um die Option zu nutzen. Natürlich
funktionieren Hotkeys wie ‚J‘ für Jump weiterhin.
Wurde an den Piratenbasen irgendetwas verändert?
Piratenbasen sind zu instabil, um ihre Module zu separieren, ohne
geringfügige Kernschmelzen zu riskieren und werden deshalb nicht
verändert.
Ich habe zu viele Fenster offen, um in einem großen PvP Kampf
genug sehen zu können. Irgendwelche Tipps hierfür?
Der „min/max alle Fenster“ (‚H‘ Taste) Hotkey wurde verändert und
speichert nun die genaue Anzahl und Position der geschlossenen
Fenster, so dass diese nun jederzeit, auch nach einem Logout,
wiederhergestellt werden können.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit mitten im Kampf bequem das Chat
Fenster zu aktivieren?
Ja, mit der ‚Enter‘ Taste kannst Du nun schnell das Chat Fenster
fokussieren und wieder zurück auf die Karte schalten, ohne die Maus
benutzen zu müssen.

Im Spiel auf der Pilotenprofilseite könnt ihr somit alle 48 Stunden den Namen des Piloten ändern. Beachtet natürlich die altbekannten Regeln bei Nicknamewahl (Keine Beleidigungen etc)
Accountnamen werden im Rahmen der Anti-Bot /Anti-Cheat und generellem Unfug nicht mehr geändert werden können.
Die Accountnamen sollten daher IMMER vertraulich behandelt werden und nicht anderen Spieler mitgeteilt werden !
Also wechselt euren Pilotennamen nun wenn ihr Lust darauf habt oder einfach gelangweilt seid.
Wir sind wieder gespannt auf schicke Namensideen welche die KReativität der Community reflektieren

In my opinion it shouldn't be problem, even if you are marked as bot user. You still can use every option in game, but they are waiting for your mistake to ban you...
