My account get bann some month ago , ( befor boxybot update ) ,
is there any way to unbann it ?

edite : evrybody say "write to the russian support" , we need help , google translate isn't perfect ....

Ask support why did they ban you. Maybe it's because of a name or something like that.

They've got different rules and they don't care about many things as other supports do.
