Any Palladium Autoexchange , that work with OS ?

If you mean automatic seller, no there are no programs like that
Use pbdo or buy the PET gear witch you can use for selling resources (dont know if it works with palladium).

If you have 2 hangar Hall
You can collect Palladium with main ship
Second ship must be placed in 5-2

It means you can sell your Palladium easily with "only changing hangars"

You can't sell the palladium with the PET gear...
