Darkorbit support still alive?! o.O

Hi,
I am dutch (Belgium) and I sended 8 days ago my first mail to support, in it there was the police information + passport to get my account back (They asked me to go to police...) So I was happy and sended my mail :P

But now even 8 days later, no answer...

Yesterday I sended a new mail on another account and they answered me in 1 hour with there copy - paste mails with in it I have to go to the police and all that ****...

So I sended again my police documents + passport... But now, still nothing, I really get angry of this because of course I want my full havoc 12lf4 account back :s

My question is: Is there another way to contact them faster? (like another email/teamspeak/ maybe even phone...)

If yes, please tell me... If no, please tell me what to do best, 'push' my email I sended to them with in it like: "Hello this taked too long for me, can you please answer"

Or no pushing and wait...

Maybe for like chat unban, yes...

But if they ask you, and you answer and specialy go to police for this...

you have every LEGAL right to contact their support and ask for their phone. then you can get in touch with them and discuss every detail. orelse if they continue not responding, you can make a police report with a lawyers advice

but i would just bot for a new acc

the funny thing is, my friend is in the TGC & lost his Apis, with Upgrad on lvl 8 cause he forgot to repair, he wrote to the Support & got the Apis back on Upgrade Lvl 8
Would the Support do this for a non Banker?
