Hey everyone,
Firstly I want to apologize for the late reply; secondly as there was so much feedback from you all I will answer in two or three stages. For the first installment I will cover:

Bots
Let us start by distinguishing between the two types of bots: bonus box bots and auto-bots. The first collect bonus boxes constantly, the second covers other bots like Galaxy Gate bots, NPC bots and Auto-lock bots.
The diminishing bonus box rewards that we introduced approximately two months ago have had an amazing effect on the bonus box bots, without punishing the normal players. We have done an extensive analysis and it shows a massive decrease in unfair gameplay via bonus box bots. However this has had a negative effect also: a lot of such users have switched now to NPC botting.
For the last few weeks we have been developing a system that will stop auto-bots from functioning, and we will roll this out very soon.
