useless.. everybody can bid on cloak easy also you get a lot of them from booty key
also we do have bots

lesson smart *** unless you can be cloak with 1 con and be uncloaked with the other con without buying any cloaks or using cpu i dnt think u should judge  it is useful all u have to do is change cons and ure cloak but theres more to how it works

they do care only if you post, not only say what you have.. we dont care what you have on your ship, what you have on your home and so on... if you want to post... post it and thats it..
if you want to keep for underground go to limited and post there.. but dont spam here with " I have but I dont give"

Activating Force Run before you cloak will allow you to run at force run or near force run speeds. There is one problem though...I believe the force run animation can be seen through the cloak...so this is not useful to escape from pvp...
