~Einige einfache Tipps , ihr Gameplay glatter zumachen!~
Einer der 2 wichtigsten Dinge , die unser Gameplay glatter machen sind:
Unsere Ping / Latenz und FPS / Frames pro Sekunde.
Definition von Ping / Latenz wäre:
"Dies ist der Betrag, wie lange es dauert ein Paket von Daten über eine Netzwerk-Verbindung zu bewegen. Wenn ein Paket gesendet wird, gibt es
"latente" Zeit. Latenz und Bandbreite sind die beiden Faktoren, die Ihre Netzwerkverbindung/Geschwindigkeit bestimmen. "
Hoher Ping = Schlecht
Niedrige FPS = Schlecht
Hoher Ping und niedrige FPS sind beides Ursachen für Laggs. Es gibt viele Wege wie wir unsere FPS verbessern können , sowie unsere Latenz!
Steigern Sie Ihre FPS:
1.Reinigen Sie den Computer regelmäßig.
2.Defragmentieren sie Ihr System und Ihre Registry!
3.Benutze einen GameBooster!
4.Wenn Sie mit integrierter Grafikkarte spielen, versuchen sie ein Upgrade auf eine GPU mit dem Namen eines Graphics Processing Unit oder einer Grafikkarte zumachen. Sie können damit gut für ca. £ 40 hinkommen und einen Ping von 40-80 in einem 8v8 Crossfire Match schaffen , aber stellen Sie sicher, dass ein PCI-e-Steckplatz auf ihrem Motherboard frei ist. [Nicht nötig , kostenpflichtig!]

4. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Grafikkartentreiber!
Um zu wissen, welche Grafikkarte Sie verwenden,nutzen sie die GPU-Z-Software.

5.Verwenden Sie Software wie Tune-up Utilities um Ihrem Computer zutunen.
6.Starten Sie Ihren Computer neu!, Je länger sie ihren Computer durchlaufen lassen , desto niedriger wird Ihre FPS!
7.Halten Sie Computer von Viren / Malware / Spywares sauber!
Ping
Leider gibt es nicht viele Wege ihren Ping zu verringern , aber folgene werden Helfen:
1. Spielen sie auf dem Server , der sich zurzeit Ihnen an nähersten befindet!
Derzeit befinden sich die Server in Kanada und der Westküste und möglicherweise einen in Großbritannien bald.
2. Holen Sie sich eine bessere Internet-Verbindung.
Stellen Sie sicher,dass Sie eine menge Forschungsarbeiten tuhen ,wie z.b. Lesen von Berichten , neue "bessere" Anbieter ect.
3.Direkte Verbindung von Ihrem Modem zum Computer ist immer besser.
Auch andere drahtlose elektronische Geräte wie drahtlose Kopfhörer, Mobiltelefone etc. können Störungen mit WLAN-Verbindungen erzeugen!
4.Laden sie nichts , während des Spielens Runter , dies wird ihren Ping in die Höhe schiessen!
5.Network Karten,
-Es gibt "Gaming Grade" Netzwerk-Karten auf dem Markt, die Ihnen bei der Reduzierung Ihres Pings und zur erhöhung ihrer FPS helfen. Versuchen Sie diesen Link, um einen Blick drauf zuwerfen:

**This Guide is about what I have found out, it may not be neccessery true**
2 Main things contribute to the smoothness of gameplay.
Our ping/latency and FPS/Frames Per Second.
Definition of ping/latency would be:
"This is the amount of time it takes a packet of data to move across a network connection. When a packet is being sent, there is "latent" time, when the computer that sent the packet waits for confirmation that the packet has been received. Latency and bandwidth are the two factors that determine your network connection speed."
High Ping=Bad
Low FPS=Bad
High ping and low FPS both causes lagg. There are many ways we can improve our FPS and reduce our Latency
Increase your FPS:
1. Clean your computer regularly.
2. Defrag your system and registry
3. Use a gamebooster.
4.If you are using integrated graphics, try and upgrade to a GPU which is called a Graphics Processing Unit or a Graphics Card. You can get a decent one for about £40 and get about 40-80 in an 8v8 in Crossfire but make sure you have a PCI-e slot on you motherboard

Set your perfomance slider to "perfomance". to find you perfomance slider go to
Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Nvidia control panel
then on the left hand side: Adjust image settings with preview, the adjust the slider to "perfomance" side
**I changed mine from quality to perfomance, my fPS changed from 30-45 to 60-150!
ATI users visit:
for tips to increase FPS and overall computing6. Use softwares such as Tune-up Utilities to tune your computer etc
7. Restart your computer!, continouse use of PC forlong time increases system load and decreases FPS significantly
8. Keep computer clean of Viruses/Malwares/Spywares
Ping
unfortunately, there isnt much we can do about reducing ping, but there following will help:
1. Play on the closest server.
Currently servers are located in Canada and West Coast and possibly one in UK soon.
2. Get better internet connection. Cable connection preferable for lower pings but really good ADSL2+ ISP's can give lower and really stable pings.
E.G- My lowest ping is 102 with Virgin media(UK), a cable internet provider. BE*(UK), ADSL2+ ISP can give 104-108 ping which is quite stable.
Make sure you do a lot of research and read reviews about ISP before switching to a different ISP
3.Try and minimise the use wireless technology for gaming!.
I have tryed playing with the latest wireless technology which is known as "N"-Technology, you still get small-big laggspikes depending upon the distance between your computer and router. Direct connection from you modem to computer is always better.
Also, other wireless electrical appliances such as wireless headphones, cellphones etc. can cause interference with wireless connection
4. Dont download anything while gaming. Downloading will increase your ping while you are downloading it.
5. I myself have found that, lightweight Antivirus like ESET NOD32 will decrease your ping by 1 or 2 or 3.
6. Scan your computer, get rid of all Viruses/ Malwares/ Spywares.
7.Programs such as Cfosspeed can help stabilize your ping a bit more.
8.Network Card,
-There are "Gaming Grade" network cards out in the market which will help you reduce your Ping and Increase your FPS. Try this link for a glance:
9. Try to going online only one device at a time (PS3,Xbox, other PC's etc)

@ts, For the "Ping" Part of your postthere is something that can be done to reduce it... you can always Close any extra programs that you use while playing the game. Specially anything that download's music/movies/games... Also you can always find an IP finder, it searches for the nearest IP near you.. uses the same internet you have but it makes your Ping look lesser than it is and that reduces the lagg sometimes.
