When you warmup in CS:GO

Hi, most of us warm up in aim botz or such maps, my question is, do your wrists hurt you like after 5 minutes from starting warming up? what about your fingers and some other parts of your hand, does it happen to you to guys? or only me xD and if it happens is it normal? btw the pain is not that hard, but comes hard when i daily warm up! thats all fellas share me your experiences

Well, when i play my warmup games, nothing occures. Maybe u should do some exercises for your wrists/hands/fingers.(before u start playing ofc)

well my standard exercises : shake/stretch exercises for the hand/wrist & fingers
i was used to play piano, maybe i'm kinda ok with those exercises ( my old piano teacher told me to )
if it's still hurting with those exercises (just in case), make an appointment with a doctor

This should not happen. Try changing yor grip/ loosen it a bit. Such pain often comes from cramping your muscles in your fingers too hard.
If that does not help you should really see a doctor.

Sometimes, when I warmup with fast moves too often, it will happen. Than I stop for a few minutes and play again a TeamDeathmatch, just for getting my aim on point.

I think it kinda depends on your sensitivity aswell.
Since I moved from highsense to lowsense (6/11 Windows, 1.4 ingame, 400dpi) last year my wrist and shoulder begin to hurt after ~30mins of warmup as I need to use my whole arm now.
