There are MW3 modded Lobbies also on Xbox 360. But because the lobbies are hosted by another forum you have to google urself.

Jamba there is no xp hack lobby and if someone wants to hack your on xbox360 he will scam you. You can check thetechgame.com for glitches for mw3
