Rules:
1. I show the item the buyer is interested in through CO.
2. Buyer requests trade on elitepvper
3. Buyer emails me to my email with their primary paypal email claiming they are the person interested in buying Conquer Online Items through Paypal from me.
Reason why: Been scammed by someone who uses other people paypal accounts to pay. An hour or more later, owner reverses claiming they didn't pay for such an item and paypal sees they didn't and money reversed even if paid through friends and family. I didn't make the buyer request a trade on elitepvper so can't do anything about that. By emailing me from primary email, it has to be owner interested in the CPS so I know it isn't a scammed paypal account. What is interested if the person scamming is friends of the owner of the PayPal account and they are scammer buddies, one illegaly uses the paypal and owner then claims they didn't authorize payment, so this emailing me from main email address of paypal wouldn't work.
Please note that if buyer pays me first, I need them to email me from their paypal primary email address or money refunded and trade is off.
4. Buyer pays the money through paypal using the method paying to friends and family. The buyer must put "Conquer Online Virtual Items received" in the optional box.
5. I see the money and give the buyer the goods
