[RELEASE]Fixed PKJailSystem

The previous PKJaiLSystem, was not working.
Here is a fixed one.
If you got the other use this:

search for (in character.cs):

public void Revive(bool Tele)

remove:

General.Blackname();

Search for:

public bool GetHitDie(uint Damage)

find:

Alive = false;

under put:

GetJailed();

under the whole code put:

so where is when you die in PkArena,GwMap,etc to not send you in jail ? make it full and after release again
