Level Seller

Is there any way to make an level seller in 5165?
I mean,a NPC we can use him when we 132 lvl.
And we can buy lvls,1 lvl - 50k CPs.
Pls help

I doubt u knew basic of coding, if u cant find the statement for a chars cps and levels.
is a simple uint and a byte.
