I think it was an example. And what exactly are you trying to do? are you trying to host a register page linked to your private server?

i think he means something like

(HisIpAddress)/COServer

this requires you to port forward port 80, and have appserv or something. You put u're website file into a COServer files in the www folder and name the home page index that should work
