[Question] Final step of adding the wings

So... guys i've this source im working on just for fun, and last night i finally add'd the Tempest Wings but here's my problem:



as you can see the Wings are there in the right spot and the box is good too but neither the Wing icon does not appear and they dont show in the back of the teste char i can't understand much of client side and im pretty sure it's that part that's mess'd up.
sorry if my english is not the best but ya know smokin some all night and coding like a freak xD
if any one can help me out i would be glad, thanks
