poison blades and mana,hp backswords for coemu

hey I've seen recently that some servers have poison blades n such...i was wondering does anyone know how to get them?

There is a byte in the item packet which makes the item display any special characteristics (such as poison).

Then you have to handle the skill which is associated with it.

is it almost when your locking an item? wich displays the lock under the item?
