Redux and COPS are your only options really when it comes to low patch sources with significant features coded.

No matter what source you use you WILL need to learn programming and you WILL need to fix issues/code new content.

Like pro4never stated you will need to have knowledge of the language before you attempt to use a source since with everything they will be bugs/internal issues that would have to be fixed.
