If your IP is DYNAMIC as it changes whenever your restart here is a tool that will make your IP STATIC:

If you and your friends can't access the server with your IP then the problem is that you have to setup PORTFORWARDING in your router's settings or your ISP blocks the ports then you will have to use STATIC OPEN VPN connection.
Here is a tool that will help you with PORTFORWARDING:

.... thats my ip.
change the ip in your servers config.
now start the server and let your friends put it into the server.dat or whatever you use nowdays.
If they can connect you are lucky.
Portforwarding would be required if they cant. Google it, its easy. If you fail to do so, please dont make a server.
There is also the possibility that your ISP blocks your ports - nothing you can do about that besides using a VPN.
Either way, by asking such questions you should rethink what you´re doing.

No it's a part of common computer and network knowledge which you should have obtained through programming. At least if you've been through the networking part of programming.
Assuming your name is C# Coder on Elitepvpvers and your posting the CO2 PServer section that would mean you're programming C# for pservers most likely which is all around network programming.
Just because your name is C# Coder, it doesn't mean anything till you've proven you got the knowledge. The fact you don't know about firewalls port forwarding and ipaddresses when you're programming for a pserver just proves how false your name is.

And you are not Aids, you are a human and that proves how false your name is.
I am a started and btw I am a C++ programmer not a C# Coder but I made this account before I learnt C++ but sadly elitepvpers doesn't provide the option to change the name!

But he has aids, ... from me :3
And no, you are not a c++ programmer either, and if you call yourselfe one somethings wrong with your selfjugement.
A programmer knows the basic concepts of I/O, TCP/IP and hardware architecture.
How would you program something without knowing how it works?

Yeh, he was molested by many members. Most of them were carrying aids already, together they created Super Aids.

That would be a setting on your router for keeping static local routes to your networked devices. It goes by mac address on most routers, I believe. Edit: If you're talking about a public ip, you might have to go with no-ip (if there are no settings on your router for requesting a static ip).

Ask your ISP for a static IP, most of the provide dynamic ones.

How to setup static ip+portforward+make server public nonhamachi
04/23/2009 - WoW Private Server - 1 Replies
Hey guys. I was looking around on the forum and saw that alot of people have problems port forwarding their router to make their server public nonhamachi so i decided to make a guide
First we need to set up a static ip so you can open ports on your router.
Go to start and find run then type cmd in the box and press enter.
And you should have a little black window open.
Now type in ipconfig /all and find your standard gateway
Now write that down or keep the window open.
Then go into...
