As I said on another thread, as a decision from our administrators threads can be started on any language, what is not allowed is to take over threads started in EN/DE and make it into any other language

so basically i can create a thread in arabic and others don't understand the whole thread , but i can't reply on some egy guy with arabic so he get better understanding of what im saying ?

It is easy, a thread can be started on any language, and replies on there can be either on that language, English or German, yet an English or German thread can't have replies in other languages without a translation to EN/DE.
