Not sure what you mean by "System" Pack 3. Are you talking about Windows XP Service Pack 3?

If that's the case it is just a update for Windows XP. You can get it here

i mean to make AccServer Active i must have netframe work and System pack 3 some one told me that thats all when i press ok to active AccServer nothing happen

If you are here posting about service pack 3 and don't have it allready then your using a cracked/illegal verion of xp anyway this is not a warez forum.

If your xp is legit just go to windows update and get it like everyone else.

for using accserver you need only netframe and good KeyGen like mine
