You can't open .c3 files with photoshop =/

Ffs, .c3 files aren't image files.
Their 3D files that a image wraps around.
Therefore, you wouldn't get one on photoshop, you'd get it on a 3D modeling software.

u should try to open it with ms paint, since its a powerfull software,
no plugin is required

Lately I've been many times asked if there is a way to open animated GIFs in Adobe Photoshop... Many say that there isn't but there is. All you have to do is follow these steps:
1. Click File -> Import -> Video Frames To Layers

PHOTOSHOP ERROR: Cannot complete your request because file is no the right type.
even after downloading and installing 6 different ways my photoshop (64 bit) wont open the 32 bit... im on windows 7... Does anyone have a way to rerouteing photoshop so it opens 32bits, the plugins only work for 32 bit =( plz help :(
