Hello world im not a very good person at websites but heres my site okay so my register page on that website dosent work like when ever i try making an account on it i dont see it on my navicat please help me how to fix this

Yes, right, but they think if it`s a website related to a specific game, it`s kinda right to post in the game section.

Yeah, I've been leaving reg page stuff here. The general "basic" websites that everyone releases are moved to web dev.
