[HELP]5165 WTF?, How can this happend?!

I made 2 account on my server...
1 with full +12 and best gears! 2 soc and all that!
And i made 1 full +3 and not best gears, not full 2soc on all gears!

The character with full +3 can 1 hit the one with full +12 all best!...
How come?, how can i fix that? xD!

He is not using LOTF, he is using NewestCOServer (I assume, since he said 5165).
