help whit toxig and soul shakle

hi all I have 2 problems I hope will help me 1 is that the toxic fog is not stored in the database ninjas say I have learned that skill but I can not use does not come out in the menu of skills and 2 could me Spells give sql ability soulshakle pure monk? thanks in advance

hey thats not the correct lol I have fixed mine.....although not 100 percent its 90 percent its usefull now
