There's no simple answer. Either you're asking for us to do it for you (a hack request, not allowed on epvp) or you're looking for general programming advice in which case the best answer is "google tutorials".
A protected exe just means it's been packed by some sort of obfuscation software. You can try googling ways to reverse that I suppose.
