Nope. If it was then changing the cyclone wav file would have also changed superman. With the help of someone I was able to find out superman uses Health.wav, but it is also used by other actions such as cure. But in the next update, along with more new sounds I will be including a seperate fix for superman, a simple client .dat file edit to change the sound associated with the action.
