963852741, to set up in a spawn you need to find out the centre of the spawn. Go basilisk spawn(i hope you know where it is), jump around that area till you find a patch of ground with cracks(and the color is clearly different from the surrounding ground). If you dont know what that piece of ground looks like, wait till when plvlers come, the place they stack there team is most likely the centre of spawn. The jumping steps should be set to 4-5( smalll jump harder to dc) Area set to about 20 will do(taking into consideration of the scatter range of an archer. And you have to select compete for mobs. lol.
