cotobo and copartner are both unsafe.
biggest change of getting jailed tho is that gms/frank do an manual scan.

and watch out, if one char gets jailed, all chars on same computer gets jailed.

They get their program and click scan, probably.
I have no idea how they do it, but I assume it is by the MAC-adress of your network card.

But it is both cotobo and partner.

hmm MAC address is used to identify chars logged on to the same computer (still prolly, theory), so it's like jailing more chars AFTER the first char gets jailed. it can't be used to botjail the first char ( MAC can't be used to detect some1's botting or not). So ur answer is sorta misleading.

btw it's funny how u said they press scan to detect ppl are botting or not. if they could have done that they'd just have a bot to auto click that SCAN button or have SCAN intergrated into their system, which is what i theorized after 1 char gets botjailed.

from i've read CoP gets botjailed for most common reasons :

1. noobs have jump/pick all (LOL)
2. can't find monsters so goes in circles (poor AI)

the 2nd reason is why i'm so afraid to use CoP, i've seen my war walk in a straight line up and down for like half an hour before, anticipating every sec that it may gets jailed lol. however it didn't, but prolly coulda if i've left it longer.

i had just had my account hacked and my warehouses raided, so while i was waiting for a GM to get back to me (not likely to happen, EVER) so i had it collecting pk tickets and killing pheasants, it was running to go kill a pheasant, and BAM, botjail

Im not so much into networks and that kind of stuff, so ofcourse it could be misleading when I clearly stated "I have no idea on how it is done".

And sorry if I really forgot to insert the [SARCASM] tags.
Let me put em in..

[SARCASM]"They get their program and click scan, probably."[/SARCASM]

So much hostility...
Back when i used to play this game, i had used COPartner for a a long *** time (Actual measurement).
Never been jailed.
As <insert name here> said, its just configuring it wrong that gets you jailed.
