Why cannot open Mini?

Why CoPartnerMini Suddenly cannot open? i double click on it and the next screen tat usually shows up does not.. is there a problem?

go into the folder and there is another file open TQProgram(Emulator) it should open then.

be sure you also have turn the emulator on

run this emulater then TQprogram(emulater) and it should open
