doesnt work.
when you lvl, you get to 0% exp, you cant go lower and loose lvls lol.

Step by step:
1.) Make sure you're in your primary talents set up.
2.) Switch to secondary talents
3.) Switch back to primary talents
4.) Log out
5.) Log in
6.) You have now gained one talent point.
