You could delete the acutal buttons, but that may or may not leave a black spot. There is an INI which determines where these buttons are located, where it is however I do not know.
Think i tried that once >.> but all i got was an invisible button you couldnt see, but it still opened up whatever fuction was there. That was years ago and very possible im blending memories (some other game perhaps lol?)
