Well, there are alot of things related with the bless effect; I'm not to sure which part of it hes looking for or what they want to do with it.
I would assume hes looking for the visable effects of it, but I don't think there is a visable effect to Heavens Blessing... Though there might my conquer is pretty butched with edits and what i've deleted and changed over the years.
