Full info/no info, what do they mean?

I've seen a lot of people say either full info or no info when buying/selling chars, what do both of them mean?

yeh
when they sell an account full info is the security info and stuff
if you do buy an account make sure you get all info
it costs more..but less chance of being hacked
tho even tho i have had full info i have still been hacked...so watch out

Exactly what sir_kaiser said. Always get full info, much better than no-info because you can change passwords and such.

I only had the login and password and I managed to request for the full info from the TQ gm. So watch out all.

Thanks guys, although I don't think I'll ever buy an account anyway, but it's nice to at least know what it means.
