In the meantime, feel free to use vbTool from my signature.
It does alot more skills but doesnt run minimised and doesnt need updated every time CO patches.
vbTool is based on scanning the color of the pixels on the screen, then sending mouse move/click and/or keyboard keys. It handles any skills you can cast while standing still, also works as auto-scatter and a bunch of other stuff.

Why you try get the people that come here at your page?! 
Also, I can make my program run at every patch and with minimized client...
BUT I don't see the people want it in real, so I am not doing it for now.

hm! didn't work for me. tried it on a few chars and it said memory for character name is wrong..or something like that.
to bad...
does it not work for vista?

I am not sure.... Actually I am not sure if it works always... It uses a memory address that for most ppl is the correct one, but for other is wrong... that is why some ppl say it worked and other say it does not work...
Currently I haven't found any static memory that is correct for everyone... so I can't release a version that will work for everyone.

You just have more possibilities to get it work if you use my multiclient.
Don't worry it only clicks... and read memory for now.. it does not hack anything.

If this doesnt work for you... you can still use vbTool from my signature. vbTool doesnt break and works for everyone, regardless of if CO gets updated

so i turned PK on and insted for Toxic fog in skill i took Psn Star
then i took my noob next to my acc that i wanna lvl psn star with. and it work ! :D
so:
1. Download a Auto ToxicFog lvler background
2. SIT on F1,turn on PK and Psn Star in skill
