Einfach die beiligende .dll mit einem Injector wie bspw. PerX in iw3mp.exe injecten und "Insert / Einfg" drücken.
Mit den Pfeiltasten kann im Menü navigiert werden.

Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich diesen Standpunkt durchaus verstehe. Ich interessiere mich auch sehr für's Gamehacking, spiele jedoch immer ohne Hacks. Es ist einfach eine Herausforderung für sich, sowas erstmal zu bewerkstelligen.
Der Hack hier ist sowieso detected, insofern sehe ich darin kein Problem.
