MW 2 Liberation - Challenge Lobby?

Hallo,

ich würde gerne wissen, wie man sich seine eigene Challenge Lobby erstellen kann? Ich habe einen Account, der eine MW 2 Lobby mit Liberation 1.04 hostet. Das Problem ist allerdings, dass ich nicht weiß wie man alle Leute auf dem Server bis Level 70 bringen kann und das diese dazu noch alle Challenges haben.
Ansonsten funktionieren die Mods perfekt, nur welchen brauche ich um eine Challenge Lobby zu hosten?

i try to say it in english
At the time i have MW2 Liberation but i dont know which Mod i have to use to get everyone on the server 10. prestige with all challenges and so on.

But i found this one:



This can put everyone on 10. prestige but the menu is very hard to understand. So is there an easier version? I only need a challenge lobby, not more.

He's using PC.

@LeJoker: I thought there was already a CL Lobby included? At least instant Level 70 + Challenges, they just need to join, leave, prestige and join again. Maybe the mod is still on my PC, will search for it later

This would be nice because there is no mod which take everyone to level 70 ...

And is there any mod archive where i can find lots of mods?
