where is a decent server?

hello, im searching for a decent server.. i dont want 5000reborns (max a few..)
and i dont want a server where you can donate full set with amp.

i just want a server with good droprate or drop per mobs where you cant buyy everything. (cores,safe´s .. are ok but not more) i dont really care how many people playing there, i just want a long term server, if you know a good one,then tell me thanks

on top: Also waiting till something new will start. From current list i haven't found any good worth playing srv:
- Some are craps with reborns
- some are brazil lang with no good staff srvs
- some are with p2w 21 amp items shop oO WTF
- Some are so old, that already no one playing
