Which is better CE v 5.4 or 5.5

What do u think is more effective and stable?

Im using CE v5.4 (and i already tried using CE v5.5)

both of them are working, but both of them gets disconnected after 2-3mins.
My Configs:
*CEv5.4speed=4,= Sleeptime=5)
*CEv5.5speed=1.8)

I have red lots of discussions here...and all of them are using CEv5.4?

is CEv5.4 better than CEv5.5?

why shoudnt 5.5 be better O.o its the newer version and i guess its more fixed. btw no wonder u get a d/c with speed=4
