Is there any "Known working" No Skill Delay or No Skill CoolDown Hack

Hi, i've been roaming around for quite sometimes now and I still can't find any "Known working hack" for NoSkillDelay or NoSkillCD (cooldown), I know it has before but now all I see is old thread and I doubt that those hax are still working. Does anyone know how to deal with this stuff? I've been playing around also to my CE 5.4-5.5 just to figure out how to deal with it but all I saw is the SpeedHack which is I don't need.

It's very much fun to play the NoSkillDelay or NoSkillCD than the SpeedHack and very helpfull to go to dungeon (coz no one see's me) also hunting some boss in FR and some trolls in MF (alone! for item hunting).

Im playing in EU and the NoCD dont work for me.
And the No HP pots CD too -.-

I test NOCD and dont work.
i searched the adress and didnt found.
but the no skill delay work.

Why I teleport back to the Spawn if i use No skill delay ??

U mean NoCD or Delay???
Delay works for me and i dont get DC

EDIT:
With FA I dont have any problems (Delay)

how do you not dc?... I'm using a wiz and I DC every now and then

I used to with a Wizard and if I use the skills to much I get DC's to but with FA I havent DC problems so much
