AOE-no-dc work around

workaround for AOE-no-dc is being on bm2 and change/freeze no CD BM2 to value 11, if you want to move around, bring it back to 7 and unfreeze, but for war only, this does not work on mobs. I only tested it in Wiz (Hopefully this will work with FA as well). ^^.

If you want to know the new addy of no-stun for ep9, get the pointer address from envy lang then get the offset from NA CE table.
