it has to be at least Full elite with all 8 drones (it would help with an apis) and 24 pilot points.
It needs to have good skylab so i can upgrade my pilot bio and i would like if it had some tech halls
it needs alot of muni or some gates to make.
It needs a good rank. Like basic colonel + ( I would give ALOT if its colonel d; )
