Copyright is even for scripts or whatever that is created.

If not declared ELSE the regular copyright laws are according as soon as you release it to public.

First, you can copyright almost everything, i can even copyright this post for example.
Second, unless that script has been officially registered thru proper channels then copyright protection do not apply to it. And then theres offcourse question of legality of this script - if Nexon would be willing to go into it and prove that this script in direct vialation of ToU for Atlantica and can only be used for Atlantica and is used in Atlantica, then some1 could get really hefty fine. And that fine would be multiplyed by a lot, if some person is using that illegal script to make profit, theres whole separate sections about it in laws. Lets put it this way: giving away this script is one thing, youl get slap on the hand, since no1 will bother to go into that thing; but if script is used to make profit without soncent of Nexon, then script distributer would be paying Nexon off for the rest of his natural life, in extreme cases fines can reach seven digits. Companies usually dont bother with that since its just not worth it: court expenses will far exceed potential profits, even considering that company will basicly own perpetrator.
Third, money are being paid for premium membership, not script. One thing may have nothing to do with another. Its pretty much same a buying keys for a car for price of a car and get car "for free" as addition.
